The architecture of this app is very poor. There is no actual support for the app, only the bank reps with generic CSR rebuttals. I couldnt create username because my ssn is associated with another acnt. I called for help and they told me I will have to wait a few weeks for them to update their database and resolve the issue. I asked them why they have multiple databases - she couldnt answer the question.... I DONT FEEL SAFE HAVING THESE KNUCKLEHEADS HANDLING MY FINANCES! And we wonder why our nation has so much personal identity theft.

Wrong number listed on my app when I get to the send 1 time passcode portion of the create acct process. Called customer service who was no help. Customer service states they changed the number in the system and it "could" change in the app but that can take up to 2-3 bill cycles. WASTE OF TIME.

I down loaded the app on my iPhone 5s and I cant use it does anyone know why

This piece of crap does not work at all, do not download it!!!!

I can log in on the website with my computer, however the app tells me I need to register an account, then when I go to register, tells me I already have an account. Pity.

The app stuck at you need to call customer service to update your phone number, I called and updated on the website with no end to that screen. So friggin aggravating. Thank you for trying please fix it soon.

Ok, so I installed the app and created an online account. Next, it asks me to confirm by either calling or sending a text to my phone. The only problem is that the app isnt pulling the phone numbers from my profile. Instead, its using a phone number that was disconnected over 5 years ago.

App wont allow me to login. The website works fine, but not this app!

Literally cant even use it because it wont open past the initial 3 windows.

I can sign in online just fine. When I try the app its tells me unable to access. I try to "forgot username" and it tells me what I am entering. I just changed the password but it doesnt sign in. Waste of time downloading....

It tells me that I cannot use the app to access my account. This makes the app useless to me.

I receive an error message every time I try to log in. Would be very helpful to pay bills with if I could just log in.

The app seems to work fairly well until I change my phone and phone number. When I got the app on the new phone, it wanted to send a text message with a code to activate the new app. I had to go online to change the phone number. Two months & several fruitless customer service calls later, I give up. It still thinks I have my old phone.

Just downloaded the app and was going through set up process. When I got to the verification step it uses a phone number that Ive never even had. I called the number listed for help and the customer service said that this is a known problem with no fix. Not even an estimated time for when they think it will be able to update. Kind of lame.

Same issue as many of the other reviews. Only had my home # on acct - so couldnt get verification code. Updated acct with cell but it wont update on app no matter how many times Ive deleted it and retried. This app should come with a warning to make sure your cell only is on acct before installing OR do like other apps and provide option for verification code to be emailed to email addr on file!!

The worst app in any category Ive ever tried to use. When attempting to set up an online account, you need to (as always) enter a password, then confirm it. The "Confirm" field doesnt accept input of any kind, and randomly gets something (not the password) automatically pasted in -- but because its a masked password field, theres no way to know what got pasted. Maybe it can be use if you set up your account without the app, then just access it, but Im not willing to trust any app put together in such a shoddy manner.

Cannot log in because the "confirm password" field does not accept input. Useless app; cant believe its even available in this condition.

This is seriously the worst app. Maybe when you can actually successfully make an account its better but it wont even let me get that far. It has you verify your phone number by texting you a code. It had my incorrect phone number and at the bottom said if this number is incorrect call this number. Called the number the guy said yeah we dont do that. You have to call this number called that number the guy had no idea what the app was. Called a number on their website. Still no clue. Then I tried to log back in on the app and see if I could get around it and I couldnt. Tried again later and now said my information isnt correct. Even using my fingerprint. How the heck can my finger print not be correct. This is ridiculous. Aside from how crappy this app is, their customer service is terrible and so had to get ahold of. Ive had this account for less than a week and I already regret my decision.

If you recently changed your phone number dont bother with this app. When logging in it has the last four of my OLD phone number for verification purposes to text code to. Well I havent had that number in months. When setting up the account and even when I applied I used my current number. I called customer service and was told it was because that number was in my credit report I needed to call and have it updated. YEAH GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. Delete the app do not need to access it that bad. Customer support need to talk to customers a little more professional as well. Starting to regret even applying.

App just says unable to log in at this time, 100% sure my login information is correct too. Please hurry and fix its 2016 and Synchrony Bank has an incompatible banking app. Plain unacceptable fix it!
