CareCredit Mobile App Reviews

It will not let me log in. Why would it need persimmon to track my location? Also, the mobile website is not as user friendly as the full version.

Was working great since i downloaded the app in December now I cant connect. Fix the issue please and then I will give it a better rate

When I got asked to select phone number to send the code it had 3 numbers which I dont recognize. Underneath the site says if your number does not appear call the number, I did put my account number and it couldnt authenticate it waste of time with this time

I have not been able to use this app without a pop up saying "unavailable at this time. Please try again later." Extremely frustrating and unusable.

Have tried numerous times to install and get access but it will not log me in. Good luck.

I had 2 Care Credit Accounts, so could never login. Closed one account (for other reasons), but I am told by customer service that I will never be able to use the mobile app. They are working on it (have been for 2 years) and have no timeline of when it will be fixed. USELESS APP.

I updated this app two days ago and since then I have been unable to login. Turning out to be a worthless app.

I have updated my contact information multiple times. This app wont allow me access unless it send a text or call, however its my old phone number. Let me repeat, I have updated my phone number and verified Ive updated it repeatedly over the past 2 months. I do not recommend this app it will only take up space.

The only reason I am giving this app 1 star, is because it wont let me give a 0 rating. I cant even use the app because it says I dont have a phone number on file, even though I do. In the week Ive had the app on my phone, its already updated 3 times and still doesnt work. At least I ca pay my bill online. Ill probably just delete the app.

You can add Touch ID to the app but cant fix the issue with the incorrect phone numbers on file for verification.

Dont understand why all the bad reviews? I installed on iPhone 5s and its one of the best iPhone apps for a financial institution that Ive ever used. Love the look and overall feel & ease of use. Feature to search for service providers is SUPERIOR. Live in a very small rural town & could find providers in my area that I didnt even know existed. The map interface is perfect! Was shocked to see the negative reviews. Maybe they should uninstall the app and reinstall it? Dont know, just a suggestion. I rarely do reviews, but using this app was such a pleasure I had to stop what I was doing and give my feedback. Keep up the superb work. And no I have no affiliation with the developers or Synchrony other than just being a typical user with a Care Credit card.

The Touch ID is a really helpful feature, but the nonstandard card that will not work without Apple Wallet is useless

I cant seem to get past this portion of the app. Worthless to have if it wont work. I would be great if it got fixed

I cant even get to the point of logging in! stalls on the screen of explaining why notifications are great...ugh. so disappointing!

Why are you issuing updates with new features instead of fixing existing problems. I still cannot login and customer service has told me for a year now that there is an issue preventing users from logging in, and there is no planned date to fix the issue. And yet you add new features to an app that doesnt work to begin with?? Synchrony Bank is bad enough to deal with, but this app is a joke and proof that Synchrony does NOT care about their customers. They updated again but still did not fix the issue. Still cannot login and get same error. STOP UPDATING THE APP UNTIL YOU FIX THE PROBLEM. App is still useless and using Snychrony Bank is a waste of time. Terrible support and customer service is even worse. 3/23/16 still doesnt work

Wow! Just like the last reviewer said, I cant understand the negative reviews and how I just had to support this app. Its so easy to use and and read. The fact that you it can tell you where the closest place that takes Care Credit it superb! I love it and thank you for this awesome app!

The two 5 Star reviews were obviously written by employees of the company, so dont be tricked by that... The app obviously has potential, but it wont even let me login. I have an online account, and when I try to log in, it says I dont. Please fix this app, it would make having a Synchrony account very easy...

My goal has been to go paperless since 2002. Unfortunately, the US, and the computing world in general, have a long way to go. But this APP and a few others are doing their part to greenify this planet. Everything in this APP is fully functioning on my iPhone 6S Plus. I applied Touch ID, and couldnt be more satisfied with how things work. Its as fluid as Sychronys website, utilizing not all the websites functions, but all the ones youll ever need on the go. Not really sure whats up with all the complaints. Maybe its the devices and not this APP. I highly recommend this APP to those who use CareCredit and want to manage their account on the go.

Overall looks nice, functions well, but youre not able to see statements or even a list of transactions. Its basically to check your balance, pay, and find providers. I would really like to be able to track my transactions
