Giving 1 star only because I have to...0 stars. They have my phone number wrong so I cant verify my identity and allow me to login to view my account information on the app. Ive updated my contact info with synchrony but apparently they dont have any control over their app. No timeline on when they will correct the app, if ever.

Could be better if the app would let u pay one more then one care credit card.

You need to send a text to set up the app sign in, but your SMS interface isnt available! How dumb is that?!

Just like many others I cant register the app because the wrong phone number is listed. Customer service said sorry, just go online. Seriously??

I cant do anything because I cant paste the password - I know its a security feature, but I use LastPass to make my passwords random non-memorizable noise.

Would love to see TouchID here! Hate entering password every time. Thanks!!!

Downloaded on iPhone 6 and it works fine

Cant even get past the login because it wants to text me a code to a phone number I havent had in 5 years when I opened the account 6 months ago. Multiple calls to customer service gets me multiple and unhelpful answers.

It might be the best app in the world but I wouldnt know because I wont even get past the login since it wont allow copy/paste from my password manager. Oh well.

As stated here you cant verify the app because it uses old phone numbers. Called customer service was told "Just use the website"

Says it cant process the information at this time. I put my username and password in several times and it kept giving me the same error msg. Thinking I mustve done something I wrong I reset it and tried again. Still didnt work but when I went to the website it worked the first time! Useless app, dont download itll just frustrate you & waste your time!!!

I wa trying to register and had a question, called the toll free 1-866-893-7864, and they told me the iPhone version is not approved.

Any particular reason you arent letting me paste my username/password from the clipboard? Why do I have to type them in?

Terrible app that does not work. No way to email for help and when U try to call U R on hold forever. The when U get a live person U R told they have to turn the problem into IT.

I bank at a credit union. Although I gave my checking account it pulled from my savings 4 times creating 4 NSFs. Synchrony will not entertain refunding my NSF for the error this app created. Paying them off and never using them again. I wish I could give a 0.

Digital card is a neat feature. Cannot access statements with this current version, but you are able to view the balance and schedule payments. No problems installing, running, or logging into app here. Not great. Not terrible.

Whenever I try to sign in, I get an error that I have more than one account number and to contact customer service. My old account was closed and I only have one. Not worth a phone call to support.

I cant even log into my account with this app.

Application sends you a 1 time pin and no matter how many times your correctly enter it in; it always says invalid or incorrect pin. Cant even use the stupid app.
