I had this app on my previous phone. It was nice to have but I rarely used it because it was more difficult than paying online, mostly because it did not show all the information. However, I just got a new phone. I did not previously have my cell phone number listed on my account, so be wary not to make my mistake. Because you have to enter a registration passcode for safety but it is apparently only designed to be sent to cell phones, so even though I selected "call," nothing happened. I registered my cell number but was told it would take up to 2 MONTHS for my customer information to be communicated to the app. And customer service said there was nothing they could do. They could not send the information or give me a passcode. They are just mailing me a letter saying "you should have." So, when the app is more up to date and less frustrating, I would be happy to increase my stars.
