Needs work

Almost every time I try and use the app, I get a message along the lines of "Unable to access account through mobile app at this time. Please use the mobile site to continue. " I feel like this pretty much defeats the purpose of having the app in the first place...

Wish it had statements

App works just fine. Easy to set up, easy to use, simple UI. Unfortunately theres no way to view statements. Which means no way to view my promotional balances. Its convenient, but until it includes statements it cant fully take the place of the browser version.

Doesnt show Transactions!

I like that you finally have an app so I can use it from my phone. I wish I was able to see my transaction though. I do not like that about it. I havent tried to make a payment yet, but everything about seems as it works. Just wish I could see my transactions from the app.

System Needs to Be Updated

I had this app on my previous phone. It was nice to have but I rarely used it because it was more difficult than paying online, mostly because it did not show all the information. However, I just got a new phone. I did not previously have my cell phone number listed on my account, so be wary not to make my mistake. Because you have to enter a registration passcode for safety but it is apparently only designed to be sent to cell phones, so even though I selected "call," nothing happened. I registered my cell number but was told it would take up to 2 MONTHS for my customer information to be communicated to the app. And customer service said there was nothing they could do. They could not send the information or give me a passcode. They are just mailing me a letter saying "you should have." So, when the app is more up to date and less frustrating, I would be happy to increase my stars.

Updated app

I actually wrote a 1 star review when this app first came out because it never worked. I appreciate the massive overhaul that Care Credit has done and this app is great now. I love that they were quick to implement Touch ID!

I just downloaded this app and I cant login! It says I dont have a phone number on file. But when I got on my laptop and login in I have 2 phone numbers listed. When I called customer service the gentleman told me to go to my profile information and reenter my phone numbers. Then to remove the app and download it again. That still didnt work! Its very frustrating. Clearly this app is a total flop. Unless you work for the company apparently.

Account not recognized

Does not work with mysychrony.com accounts. Unable to login.

Cant log in; Company doesnt seem to plan to fix it

I wish I could use this app but it wont let me login. It keeps telling me there are too many accounts attached to that login and to call customer service. I called customer service and the lady said "oh yeah. Dont use the app. It doesnt work right." OK. Then whats the point of having an app for your company if you know it doesnt work and youre just going to tell your customers not to use it? I will update this review if it ever gets fixed. As of right now, its a pointless app.

Bad App!

Its frozen! I cant get it open to anything but the introductional page. Frustrating!

Pretty much useless

Unless you go to the doctor or vet A LOT, this app is next to useless. Other than charging a service to it, this app has no functionality. No access to account info, no ability to edit info, no in-app scheduling of payments. Not worth the storage it consumes; deleted.

Cannot login "at this time" nor EVER

App is completely unusable. ZERO functionality. Ive had an account now for nearly a month, completed my signup info through their website via my computer, and then I downloaded the app. (iPhone 6s) When I use the correct username and password, it says "We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again later." (I know login info is correct, because it will give an "incorrect ID and password" notification if I try a different combo. ...Im infuriated that "trying again later" never works. It would be moderately funny if this app were some sort of practical joke...but its a financial institution for christsakes. They need to get their $h1t together or pull the app from the store entirely.

App doesnt work

Tried to log into app and it has wrong phone number listed called customer service they state "sometimes it does that. doesnt work on some downloads, just dont use the app" really?! Customer service and thats your response! Easier to manage account online, whats the point of an app that doesnt work?

Pointless to Download

I have only apple products, and now Im not able to use the website or the app to pay my bill. My only option is to call the number on the credit card to pay. Maybe if they made it Apple friendly I might have something better to say, but Im deleting the app since its of no help to me in any way.

Over it

Still cant get it together... Synchrony states that the app is 3rd party and that is why nothing can be done about the apps issues
