Terrible App

The app seems to work fairly well until I change my phone and phone number. When I got the app on the new phone, it wanted to send a text message with a code to activate the new app. I had to go online to change the phone number. Two months & several fruitless customer service calls later, I give up. It still thinks I have my old phone.
